You Lead the Way
The Union of Black America is looking for dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in their communities. We are seeking leaders who share our values of solidarity, vision, organization, and uncompromised leadership to start a UBA chapter in their state, city, or township.
As a UBA chapter leader, you will have the opportunity to create a positive impact on the black community through collective action, investments, and community engagement. We believe that every Black community should have the tools and resources to thrive, and we need your help to make this vision a reality.
We understand that starting a chapter may seem daunting, but don't worry, we will provide training and support every step of the way. You will have access to our resources and expertise, as well as ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
